Catalyst Convening: Coaching & Clinical Integration Summit
The Catalyst Convening: Coaching and Clinical Integration Summit is a two-day, interdisciplinary gathering designed to accelerate meaningful integration between coaching and clinical care across health, wellness, and community systems. This summit brings together interdisciplinary professionals, including clinicians, coaches, researchers, educators, and behavior change experts to move beyond parallel practice toward collaborative, ethical, and effective integration.

Keynote Speakers
IBC is honored to feature four inspiring keynote speakers:

Kavitha Reddy is currently performing the duties of Executive Director of Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) Office of Patient-Centered Care and Cultural Transformation (OPCC & CT). She is a practicing Emergency Medicine Physician and an Assistant Professor in Emergency Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine. She previously served for three years as the Whole Health System Clinical Director for the VA St. Louis Healthcare System and ten years as a National Whole Health Champion for VHA OPCC & CT.

Winnie Dunn studies sensory processing in everyday life. She published 100+ articles, chapters, books, speaks internationally. She created Sensory Profiles, which are translated into many languages, and her work has been featured in Time, Cosmopolitan, Canadian Public Radio, and London Times newspaper. She has received numerous research and education awards. Dr. Dunn’s recent work includes effectiveness of coaching, telehealth, and the Sensory Profile Interoception scale.

David R. Kopacz, MD, is board certified in Psychiatry and Integrative Medicine, and is a yoga and iRest meditation teacher. He specializes in holistic and creative approaches to healing and currently provides tele-psychiatry. He is the author and co-author of multiple books discussing burnout, trauma, and humanizing medicine.

Chris Smith, MDiv, MFT, holds a BA in Religion, a Master of Divinity, and a post-master’s certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. He specializes in mindfulness, storytelling, and Whole Health. He is a co-author of several peer-reviewed studies and the book Be a Good Story.
