Applying for accreditation is a structured process designed to be thoughtful—not overwhelming. Programs are encouraged to approach the application as an opportunity for reflection, alignment, and growth.

The application includes both narrative reflection and documentation.
Eligibility Snapshot
Programs eligible for accreditation minimally should be prepared with:
A defined curriculum preparing Clinical Health & Well-Being Coaches
Clearly articulated competencies and learning outcomes
Structured formative and summative assessments
- Identified faculty or instructional leaders
- A practicum and supervision plan
- Operational readiness to support learners


Narrative Components:
Narrative components involve a written description of each of the following:
- Program mission and educational philosophy
- Description of curriculum and competency alignment
- Faculty roles and instructional approach
- Assessment and evaluation methods
- Practicum and supervision descriptions
- Commitment to equity and continuous improvement
- Organizational capacity and governance
Required Documentation
Programs must be prepared to submit each of the following with their application:
- Curriculum materials or syllabi
- Faculty qualifications
- Assessment tools or rubrics
- Practicum program outline
- Policies relevant to learners and instruction
